Ralph Sebaaly Real Estate Broker | Real Estate Portfolio Manager
Ralph graduated in accounting from Concordia University in 2007 and very quickly starting his career in the field. Always looking to improve his skills, he pursued a CMA title to focus more on business strategy. For the next 5 years, Ralph continued on his career path to become a strategy consultant working in companies such as Aldo, Bombardier, Air Canada, Telus Health and many startups.
Since his younger years, Ralph has had an inkling for real estate. His growing interest allowed him to secure his first investment in 2009, followed by a second in 2011, resulting in a flourishing career as a real estate broker.
His love for the industry and his ability to articulate its intricacies led him to start teaching real estate finance at Lasalle College. He continues to mentor young students who have now become real estate brokers themselves.
Today, Ralph not only specializes in the sale of properties but is successfully managing the real estate portfolios of more than 60 investors. Monitoring the dynamic landscape, he makes sure investors are kept informed of the market value of their portfolio and appropriately advises them on restructuring their assets when the time comes.

“I believe success is the output of applying your core values to both your work and your clients. Mine happen to be: Peace of mind, Transparency and Results.”
WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST VICTORY IN THE BUSINESS?
“Early in my career, I persuaded a client, an otherwise risk averse person who required extra patience and attention to detail, to create a real estate portfolio of his own. His initial investment in a condo has now turned into three condos and a triplex… Confidently guiding my client towards financial independence and watching his portfolio grow is my greatest victory.”
ONE SMALL SUGGESTION TO SELLERS?
“Whether it is to sell your home, your condo or your multiplex, it is imperative that you think of the right strategy to maximize your returns; that is where our team can help tailor the right solution for your benefit based on your current market conditions.”
ONE SMALL SUGGESTION TO BUYERS?
“Indecision is more costly than a bad decision. Working with an expert will help make sense of the acquisition; Trust yourself, trust your broker and remember that today’s prices are tomorrow’s steals.”
ONE SMALL SUGGESTION TO INVESTORS?
“Work with an expert who will have your entire portfolio at heart versus a simple transaction. There are many costs to consider and many opportunities to seize, both of which become evident when someone is keeping an eye on your assets while you sleep.”

Christian Daoud Real Estate Broker | Asset Manager
Christian’s professional career began as an employee of Canada’s most important financial institution, RBC Royal Bank of Canada. He ultimately reached the #1 sales position in the entire Montreal region, ranking fifth out of Quebec’s employees in the 4th quarter of 2013. That’s when he recognized that he had more to offer and decided to pursue a career catering to his clients in the real estate industry.
Christian thrives on going the extra mile for his clients. He takes pride in delivering a seamless process through meticulous attention to detail, and most importantly, outstanding results.
He brings an energetic and creative approach to Yulstay’s offering. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia’s John Molson School of Business, majoring in Marketing with a minor in International Business, he is qualified to handle his investors’ most complex real estate needs. He relies on his strong interpersonal skills to ensure all parties involved are at ease during any transaction.
“I believe that passion and great communication are key. The root to any good transaction with the new generation of buyers and sellers is an honest and trustworthy relationship, you need to get on their wavelength and feel what they’re feeling – you need to truly care.”
WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST VICTORY IN THE BUSINESS?
“I recall cold calling young investors to help sell their latest project. After hitting a few speedbumps along the way, I persevered to the point of delivering multiple offers after a successful open house. Together, we closed over asking price and have successfully grown their real estate portfolios with numerous transactions. We’re close friends now too!”
ONE SMALL SUGGESTION TO SELLERS?
“Take advantage of good timing. Your broker should have your best interests at heart and should take the time to develop a strategy that’s tailored to your needs in your specific market.”
ONE SMALL SUGGESTION TO BUYERS?
“Have a trustworthy and motivated professional by your side that will keep an eye out for any hot properties that may be a perfect fit - We’ve pieced together countless deals with the ashes of other transactions. This is one of the many beautiful particularities of real estate brokerage, and you need to stay on your toes to continuously and successfully execute it.”
ONE SMALL SUGGESTION TO INVESTORS?
“Don’t do it all on your own - work with professionals. They have often seen and dealt with many of the issues that will come up and will ultimately save you time and money in the long run, with total peace of mind.”

“As they say, patience is a great virtue and in real estate it’s a driving factor for success. You must always give yourself the proper time needed for your clients and for yourself. Consistency in your delivery and dedication is also important to maintain your level of service in order to excel.”
WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST VICTORY IN THE BUSINESS?
“Foremost, I would have to say that being in the business for over 20 years, and following many successful deals, I continue to work on my approach and learn on a daily basis. Setting new record sale prices for condos, houses and multiplexes as I have done in the past is also part of my greatest victories.”
ONE SMALL SUGGESTION TO SELLERS?
“I always advise sellers to allow me the opportunity to show them my strategy to the current market levels. In doing so, I was able on many occasions to meet and exceed their expectations and that fact is reflected in my sales history.”
ONE SMALL SUGGESTION TO BUYERS?
“Open mindedness and patience are very important qualities in a buyer. It is not always about the best offer price that will help lead to a deal. Making the conditions on the offer more attractive can be very positive and has proven on multiple occasions to be the deciding factor on closing a deal.”
ONE SMALL SUGGESTION TO INVESTORS?
“A successful investor must be educated on the residual value strategy. They must also have set up contacts with a bank, contractor, and a management team. This will allow them to have most of the workload off their shoulders which in return allows them to enjoy the return on their investment and grow their portfolio.”

Having worked with Cityscape Dubai, one of the world's most important real estate exhibitions and summits and the largest in the MENA region, his passion for real estate emerged.
Moving to Canada with his family in 2013, he joined Pfizer marketing and sales team, eventually leading them to two consecutive years of top sales in Canada. A great opportunity presented itself to join marcus evans in the executive sales department, however, the global pandemic forced him to rethink his career leading him to officially enter the Real Estate World. He then joined the ever-growing Yulstay family as their Property Manager, all the while doing the requisite trainings necessary in order to obtain his brokerage license.
I believe that the key ingredients for success are time management and a prosperous environment. Time is the most valuable asset that someone can possess and the moment you are able to utilize it to the best of your advantage, you can easily accomplish more than the day before. I am also a strong believer that the right environment can help you achieve your goals. A famous quote I love to live by is that you are the average of the 5 people you spend your time with.
WHY REAL ESTATE?
When I lived in Dubai, I saw some of the most beautiful skyscrapers, houses and land being built 365 days a year. There is no doubt an imagination of a career in Real Estate always lingered in the back of my head. My passion kept growing when I got recruited to work as a lead promoter at Cityscape Dubai from 2007 to 2011 inclusively. Being held in none other than the fastest growing city in the World, Cityscape is one of the largest Real Estate exhibitions worldwide and the largest in the MENA region.

Cynthia Dahoud Real Estate Office Administrator
Cynthia comes to Yulstay with over 20 years of telecommunications background including customer service supervisor, business analyst, management, and training. She built her portfolio and grew in positions thanks to her go getter personality and thirst for new challenges. On the academic side, she is a college graduate in accounting and psychology.
2020 a determining year in her personal life and a new challenge in her professional one was imminent. She decided to purchase a new home through Yulstay and having loved her experience with the team, she decided to join. She jumped feet first into her new role as the office administrator.
Cynthia's focus is to make the office as self sufficient as possible by introducing automation and new organizational systems, ensuring a smooth flow for all transactions, and laying the groundwork for the growth of the team.
I believe success is the result of 4 key ingredients: passion, knowledge, perseverance, and patience. Passion is so important; when you love what you do it becomes a part of you and it helps build a strong relationship with the team and our clients. As a student of life, I always strive to keep learning; there is no limit to knowledge as long as you open your mind to it. Perseverance is also key. Life constantly throws obstacles in our way, and how we deal with them says a lot about who we are. And last but not least, patience. An apple tree will take up to 10 years before producing the fruit it is meant to give. Always give yourself the time needed to achieve success.
What is your greatest victory since joining the team?
Being able to immediately have an impact upon joining the team by reducing the workload and ensuring a seamless flow by implementing key automation processes.
What have you learned so far?
The importance of teamwork and communication is crucial. The smallest information missed or misunderstood can have a substantial impact on the outcome. This is why at Yulstay we aim to achieve a solid team synergy.
Why real estate?
When my husband and I were in the process of becoming first time homeowners, I got intrigued by all the administrative work that went into the process. And soon after we moved into our perfect home, the opportunity presented itself for me to work in the industry and I had to take it.
How do you value your role as part of the team?
As the office administrator, my role is to transform our work environment into an automated engine to reduce the daily tasks of the agents so that they can focus their efforts on the clients and not the paperwork thus generating better results.
